Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions explain how to request deletion of personal information held by Reel Qube Productions Inc., a Washington corporation operating under the Reel Qube Productions brand. They also apply to information associated with Facebook or Meta integrations used through https://reelqube.site.

Your Right to Deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected about you. California residents may exercise deletion rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Individuals in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may request erasure under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), subject to applicable exceptions.

You may submit a deletion request whether or not these laws apply to you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. A request may be denied or limited when retaining information is permitted or required by law.

What We Delete

After verifying a valid request, we delete or de-identify personal information associated with the requester that is not subject to a retention obligation. This may include account or profile details, contact information, communications, support records, website-submission data, and identifiers or information received through a connected Facebook or Meta account.

Deletion also applies to active systems under our control. Information in routine backups may remain temporarily until those backups are securely overwritten or expire under our backup-retention schedule. During that period, backup data is isolated from ordinary business use.

What We May Retain

Reel Qube Productions may retain limited information when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, and document that a request was completed. We may also retain transaction-related legal, tax, and accounting records for the periods required by applicable law. Retained information is restricted to the relevant purpose and is not used for unrelated marketing.

How to Request Deletion

Email admin@reelqube.site with the subject line Data Deletion Request. To help us locate the correct records and respond securely, include:

  1. Your full name.
  2. The email address or other identifier used with Reel Qube Productions.
  3. A clear statement that you want your personal information deleted.
  4. Whether the request concerns our website, a Facebook or Meta connection, or both.
  5. The Facebook or Meta user ID associated with the integration, if available.
  6. Your state or country of residence so we can apply the appropriate privacy requirements.
  7. Any details that will help identify the relevant account, submission, or interaction without sending passwords or sensitive authentication credentials.

You may also submit a written request to our postal address below. Email is generally the fastest method.

Data from Facebook or Meta

If you connected a Facebook or Meta account to a Reel Qube Productions service, first remove the applicable connection through your Facebook settings. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, select Settings, review Apps and Websites or Business Integrations, select the Reel Qube Productions integration, and choose the option to remove it.

Removing the integration stops future access but may not automatically delete information previously provided to us. To request deletion of associated data in our systems, email us using the instructions above and identify the request as relating to Facebook or Meta data.

Verification

We must reasonably verify that the requester is the person to whom the information relates, or an authorized representative. Verification may involve confirming control of the email address connected to the relevant records or requesting limited additional information. We will never ask for your Facebook password. If we cannot verify a request, we will explain why and identify any additional information needed.

Timeline

We will confirm receipt of your request within 7 days. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If applicable law permits additional time because a request is unusually complex, we will notify you before the initial period ends, explain the reason, and provide an updated completion date.
